(When used in combination with precast Raker beams, this integral system ensures easier and faster erection with greater consistency than other comparable systems).
Are produced by Spancast with a standard 1075mm tread. The rise in the precast unit ranges between 300mm and 600mm. The unit can be modified to meet specific project requirements. Typically the standard unit can span up to 6.5m but through modification can span up to 11m. Spancast’s Stadium Riser is prestressed which an added advantage that allows the use of significantly less reinforcement enabling the production of a member that is strong, slender and aesthetically pleasing. Prestressing also allows the Riser to resist a greater amount of applied load due to its inherent camber – a trait that is not found in reinforced concrete.
