The Span*Stair is a pre engineered concrete stair which eliminates the need for forming and pouring on site.

Precast stairs combine the strength and durability of prestressed concrete with a sleek, uniform finish.

Our units are munufactured with 30 MPA (4300 psi) and are maintenance free – they will not rust, rot or burn (minimum 2 hour fire rating).

The Span*Stair can be used with both steel and concrete infrastructure to provide readily available stair wells and landings. Precast stair units are safe, quick and easy to install and can be provided with railing connection plates cast it.
